Introduction to Qi Dao Workshop
Saturday, September 19, 2009, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
For the first time in over a year,
Lama Tantrapa will be presenting a workshop
in the Portland area. This rare event sponsored
by Academy of Qi Dao at: 11725 SW Greenburg Road in Tigard (at
the intersection of Greenburg and Lincoln Avenue).
Join us for a day of exploration
of the energetic principles underlying most styles
of Qigong and Tai Chi. The foundational practices
of Qi Dao will enable you to become more aware of
the flow of energy in your body and your life. The
beauty of this approach is in focusing on the practical
applications, not just theory, so that you will not
only understand but also learn to apply this energy
awareness to virtually every sphere of your life.
A particular emphasis will be made on the self-healing applications of Qi Dao:
~ How to develop a harmonious culture of movement
~ How to use meditation to manage and
prevent stress
~ How to boost your immunity
and eliminate allergies
~ How to increase your range of motion and flexibility
~ How to be more balanced centered and grounded
In this enlightening workshop, Lama Tantrapa
will help you discover the spiritual foundation of
Tibetan Dream Yoga introduced from the perspective
of the practical, step-by-step path to becoming more
awake in the dream called daily life. He will also
share his unique approach to lucid dreaming, meditation
and enlightenment. There is no other spiritual teacher
in this country with such a clear and profound method
of self-realization that is so down-to-earth and free
of mumbo-jumbo!
The space is limited to
20 participants, so register early and take advantage
of the early bird discount: only $150.00 if registered
by September 1, 2009. Registration after September 1 is $175.00
or $195.00 at door.
The first ten registrants
will receive an "early bird" bonus - bestselling meditation CD entitled Qi Dao Initiation!
